Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Localities information edited by NZ Fire Service. Localities information contains boundaries and names of suburbs, cities, major localities, major lakes and coastline. Localities are built mainly using LINZ cadastral data that is no more than three months old. The exception to this is where a territorial authority has gazetted their suburb boundaries which we use even though they may not follow cadastral boundaries. Coastlines are a mixture of cadastral data and topographical data which is used where it has been found that relevant detail falls outside the cadastral "coastline".
